What is actually in the patch?
No drugs and no active pharmaceutical ingredients. STICK IT is a drug‑free patch, which is why there is no Drug Facts panel on the box and nothing to interact with anything you already take.
How long do I wear one?
Up to 24 hours, then remove it and apply a fresh one. Twenty‑eight patches is roughly a month of daily use.
Where do I put it?
Directly over the spot, on clean and dry skin. Knee, lower back, shoulder, neck, hip, foot. Avoid broken or irritated skin.
Will it stay on in the shower or at the gym?
It is water‑resistant and built with an extra‑sticky perimeter for exactly that. Pat dry rather than rubbing the patch.
Does it smell?
No. Odour‑free, so it does not follow you into a meeting the way a menthol gel does.
Can I use it with my other products?
